Due to hygienic reasons, all sales are final on our products, including dog beds, harnesses, collars, and other pet accessories. This policy ensures that every item delivered to our customers is brand new and has never been used by another pet.
Exceptions:
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:
- Order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or defective product
Once your request is reviewed, we may offer a replacement or store credit based on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used or opened pet products
- Any item not in its original condition, packaging, or without tags
